Kugluktuk man missing

LEDUC, ALTA
A missing Kugluktuk man, last seen April 30 outside the Travelodge hotel in Leduc, Alta., had not been found as of May 9.

The hotel is located near the Edmonton International Airport.

Peter Kakolak went missing days before his scheduled flight home May 2.

He was reported missing to Leduc RCMP by his common-law spouse.

Leduc RCMP said that, so far, they had not been able to locate the missing man, although officers are continuing to gather information to help track down his whereabouts.

Kakolak is a 55-year old Inuk, five feet, eight inches tall, weighing approximately 146 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
