THEBACHA/FORT SMITH - Tweaks are in order for the Town of Fort Smith's website, says Sydney O'Sullivan, the town's economic development officer.

"We're looking at changing that website a little bit, creating a separate section for recreation, because we have so much going on here," said O'Sullivan.

The new section will list all sports games and community events going on in the town of approximately 2,466.

In other news, "We have a visitors services position that's gone out (for submissions)," said O'Sullivan. "The town has seen tourism as a priority, so it's working in that direction."

The new staffer will primarily serve to keep community members up-to-speed on its goings-on. O'Sullivan said a benefit of the position would be to help co-ordinate community activities and avoid conflict.
