Qulliq Energy Corporation plans to centralize the various leased offices it has in Iqaluit in an effort to save $5.6 million, Lorne Kusugak, the minister responsible for the corporation said at the legislative assembly on Nov. 1.

The corporation is constructing an approximately $5 million office building in Iqaluit where all the other offices will be centralized. Kusugak said the savings will be over the financing period but could not provide details as to how many years it represents.
