IKAAHUK/SACHS HARBOUR - Kids were back to classes last Wednesday in Sachs Harbour, but not before they had a full summer of activities.

"They were excited, they had a pretty busy summer, but who knows how long that excitement will last," said Doreen Carpenter, the community's recreation coordinator. She said recent culture camps went well, with a recent fishing trip to Angus Lake proving a success despite poor weather.

"There was a lot of exploring. The kids collected a lot of bugs out on the land. They had a lot of fun," she said.
