Yellowknife (Dec 19/05) - From April 1, 2004, to March 31, 2005, the lowest paid MLA in Nunavut, Hunter Tootoo, made $92,069 with a living allowance of more than $16,000.

The highest paid member was Premier Paul Okalik raked in $151,755 and a living allowance of $14,103 for that same period.

Here is a list of each MLA's salary, according to a Report on the Payment of Indemnities, Allowances and Expenses to the Members of the Legislative Assembly of Nunavut.
