Inuvik (July 01/05) - Imperial Oil Senior vice president and director Michael Yeager - lead executive for the oil giant on the Mackenzie Valley Gas Project - will be heading back to Exxon Mobil Corp. headquarters in Houston, Texas. Mobil is the majority owner of Imperial.

Replacing Yeager in Calgary will be Randy Broiles, who has been heading up Exxon's business planning division. Broiles is the third executive at the helm of the project in just over a year. Yeager replaced K.C. Williams in 2004.
