Holman (Mar 29/04) - A 44-year-old Holman man was found stabbed in a home, March 21.

The victim, whose name has been withheld until police can speak with him, was stabbed with a knife in the abdomen.

He was medevaced to Inuvik Regional Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

A 42-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated assault endangering a life and being unlawfully in a dwelling house. She is scheduled to appear in territorial court in Holman, March 30. She has been released from custody, but ordered not to contact the victim.
