NNSL (Aug 19/98) - Councillors decided to cancel the meeting after city staff alerted them to the fact an agenda had not been circulated to the public before the meeting.

Councillors said Henry has been making individual contact with them over the past few days regarding the development of a Dairy Queen in the city. City council recently decided to give Henry a $50,000 grant to help offset the $137,000 tab it will cost to bring the mains to his Range Lake lot.

The city had originally signed a memorandum of understanding with Henry indicating they would pay the full $137,000 cost for the mains.

Henry had no comment when questioned by a reporter Monday.
