Yellowknife (Jun 14/06) - A Kam Lake firm is looking to claim a slice of the lunch time dining market with its pizza.
Napoli Pizza opened up for delivery and take out in the Frontier Coachlines building on Kam Lake Road.

Owner Bruno Biajio named the new eatery after his home town in Italy and, judging from the aroma coming from the kitchen, he takes his pizza very seriously.
"That's what I do," said Biajio who's been in the pizza business for almost 40 years.
All of the pizzas are cooked in a stone oven, he added.
"Everything is made fresh every day. There is no MSG in the dough and it's all made from scratch," he said.
Biajio shipped in the pizza oven, the prep counter, refrigerator and slicer from Alberta.
Along with pizzas, the restaurant will also offer toasted subs and donairs. Biajio hopes that the Atlantic Canadians in Yellowknife will key in on his donairs and donair pizza, two dishes that are extremely popular in that part of the country.
With a large number of businesses located in the Kam Lake industrial park, he wants to attract a lot of drop-in customers looking to grab a quick slice on the run.
"With only a half an hour for lunch, we hope to get workers stopping by," he said.
Answering phones during busy times is Juanita Green, also the manager with Frontier Coachlines.
"I think we're going to do great," she said. "We've had a very successful first week."
Napoli Pizza currently has a staff of two cooks and two delivery drivers and is open seven days a week.
"Once we opened the door, we'll keep on going," said Biajio.
