On April 4, Horne's lawyer Tom Boyd called in to the courtroom from Yellowknife at 10:30 a.m. and said he had been talking to Horne's parole officer in Toronto, but had not yet spoken to Horne directly to get a "full disclosure package."
The charges stem from Horne's time as a teacher in Sanikiluaq and Cape Dorset in the 1980s.
