The two male youths, who cannot be named, are being held in connection to a March 10 incident where shots were fired at Inuksuit school.
No one was injured in the incident, but bullet holes were found inside the school.
Life carried on as usual for students on the following Monday morning at the K-12 school, said principal Gordon Saunders.
The youths appeared in court on March 17 for a bail hearing. Because of existing charges they will remain in custody. They are scheduled to return to court April 5.
One of the youths faces unrelated charges of break and enter and assault. The other faces charges for breaching probation, assault, theft and arson.
Crown lawyer Michael Jones said he's considering asking for the youth to be tried as adults.
"It's certainly a possibility," he said.
