He was here preparing culinary delights for a group of health care workers.
"It was aboriginal fusion," he said of his country food-based creations.
The health workers watched as Wolfman prepared several Northern dishes.
From dried cranberries to caribou steak and Northern lake trout, all dishes were prepared without the use of oils or butter.
"We wanted to show that all the foods could be served in a nutritious way," he said.
The health workers were participating in the Hands on Health conference.
"We saw a need for more health training for workers," said Jennifer Dunne, conference co-ordinator.
Canada prenatal nutrition program workers, early childhood workers and community health representatives were present.
The three-day conference covered nutrition, active living, tobacco cessation, breastfeeding, food safety and diabetes prevention.
