Annette Nitah, 28, pleaded guilty Tuesday in territorial court to one count of not providing a breath sample on July 22.
Police stopped Nitah after they saw her driving down 50th St. at 2:30 a.m. without headlights.
When police turned on their sirens, Nitah briefly sped up, before pulling over. She told RCMP officers that she had consumed 12 beers and then threw her keys in their direction. Nitah was driving while suspended.
Judge Brian Bruser warned her that if she is caught again driving while suspended, "you can think about bringing your toothbrush to court."
Bruser also told Nitah to get help for her alcohol addiction.
"Pause and reflect on where your drinking has taken you," he said.
