Here is an updated list of updated construction work for Yellowknife.

- Forrest Drive between Lanky Court and Reservoir Road will be repaved.
- The downtown laneway by Mildred Hall school and the laneway by the NorthwesTel Tower will be repaved.
- Kam Lake Road, which was paved as far as Deh Cho Boulevard in 1996, will be paved to the south entrance of Curry Drive.
- Coronation Drive will be paved.
- Curry Drive will be paved from its north entrance to Coronation Drive.
- Water and sewer services will be replaced in three downtown laneways between 52nd and 54th Streets. The mains affected are located on back laneways, and do not require construction on any streets.
- Kam Lake Road from Old Airport Road to Woolgar Avenue will be realigned and rebuilt.
MacRae also said that the projects planned will be staggered throughout the construction season.
